NUR 420 - Leadership and Management for RNs

Capstone course designed to expand the BSN student’s knowledge and understanding of the role and responsibilities of nurse leaders in health care systems, based on theories, principles and concepts of administration, leadership and management. Students use this knowledge in clinical settings to develop competencies in leadership, critical thinking, communication and collaboration.  Theory/clinical. Graded ABCDE.
