Program Mission and Assessment
The mission of the Health Education Program is to promote the health and well-being of the community by preparing community-oriented health educators with expertise in theory based practice, to contribute to the knowledge base of health education, and to serve as a resource to the community.
Programs in Health Education
A Health Education and Behavior Minor Minor is available. For a major in the health education field see the Public Health Program (BS) (which has a focus on Health Education) program.
