Online learning at UM-Flint is supported by the Office of Extended Learning. Online courses may be fully online (W sections) or offered in mixed mode (M sections), which require some visits to the campus or off-campus site.  There is a per-credit convenience fee for online and mixed mode courses.  (Check the Cashier/Student Accounts web page at https://www.umflint.edu/studentaccounts/tuition_fees.) All academic online and mixed mode courses are taught by UM-Flint faculty–usually the same faculty who teach the face-to-face sections–using Blackboard.
