Basic principles of pharmacology, drug interventions that impact the musculoskeltal, cardippulmonary, neuromuscular, and integumentary systems as well as pediatric and geriatric concerns are examined. Mechanisms of action, indications for use, side effects, and common examples which have an impact on physical therapy are given.
