Strategies for promoting and protecting health and preventing disease and injury in individuals, families, and communities will be explored. Students will gain an increased understanding of the health risks and behaviors as well as intervention measures across the life span. Current research in these areas and evidenced based practice guidelines will be reviewed. Graded ABCDE.
