Study of works representative of authors in and outside The Boom. SPN-332 broadens the options of SPN-331, a course with readings more typical of authors of the nineteen sixties Boom in Spanish American fiction. Trends highlighted include la onda; the neobaroque; and minimalism in the short story. Graded ABCDE. Offered infrequently.
