MUS 396 - Independent Study Instrument Orchestral Excerpts

The in-depth study of standard orchestral excerpts for the student’s specific instrument. It is recommended that this course be taken after completion of MUS 356, Junior Recital. Course content will assist in preparing the student for graduate school auditions. The course may require a separate jury or hearing upon the recommendation of the instructor. Graded ABCDE.
