Exploration of how public sociology is “done.” Development and application of sociological skills and concepts necessary to define and respond to social issues, and to communicate social science research to various publics. Learning to: engage in public dialogue for social change; participate in civic engagement projects; enhance community involvement; and/or benefit from meaningful internships.
