Investigation of communication skills necessary to collaborate with people from different backgrounds and with different perspectives, to achieve goals through consensus and compromise. Topics include group dynamics, flexible thinking, conflict management and mediation, listening, ethics, and communication technologies. Through theoretical knowledge and the practical experience of teamwork, students learn the process of innovation and develop leadership skills, knowledge of personal strengths, and appreciation for the strengths of others.
