Introductory principles and methods in data analysis, probability, and hypothesis testing together with their applications to business. Students are introduced to the use of software, such as Excel, to analyze and communicate data in a business context. Topics include:  data visualization, descriptive statistics, basic probability, random variables, sampling, statistical inference (one and two sample), and goodness of fit (chi square) tests. Graded ABCDE
