The School of Management offers eight major areas and an Honors Program , all leading to the Bachelor of Business Administration degree: General Business, Accounting, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, Finance, International Business, Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. All majors are available 100% online. The School also offers seven minors to students not majoring in business: Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, General Business, Human Resource Management, Marketing and Supply Chain and Operations Management.

Minors for School of Management Students
Students in the School of Management may elect any minor offered by any academic unit of the University of Michigan-Flint other than the School of Management. The School’s Business Analytics minor is open to all students.
SOM Minors for Non-SOM Students
With the permission of the major department, any student enrolled in undergraduate academic programs other than those of SOM may complete any of the minors offered by SOM (see below for complete list).
