Studio Art Honors Program

Requirements.

1. All requirements for the Studio Art BFA .
2. Completion of the general education requirements of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) , to include HON 155 , HON 156 , HON 251 , HON 252 .
3. ART 494  / HON 494  (1-3 cr.). Work in preparation for the offcampus study project, generally taken during the junior years. (May count toward required 66 elective credits of studio art; may be repeated to a total of 6 credits.)
4. ART 497  (4 cr.) Three to 12 weeks of off-campus study, generally during the summer after the junior or senior year. (May count toward required 66 elective credits of studio art.)
5. ART 498  (4 cr.) Honors thesis, project or exhibition. (May count toward required 66 elective credits of studio art.)
6. HON 498  (HON 390 ).
