Public Administration General Program (BA)

Public Administration Program information 


Students should take the prerequisites before electing upper division courses in the concentration.

A course in each of the following areas is required:

  • American political institutions
  • Introductory microeconomics
  • Statistics

Accounting introductory coursework is strongly recommended and mandatory for those whose interest is in the area of budgeting and finance.



F. Electives (3-6 credits)

To be selected in consultation with the advisor.

G. Additional Requirements

All requirements of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Bachelor of Arts  degree, including General Education requirements  and additional BA distribution requirements.

Minimum Credits for the Degree: 120 credits
