Requirements (120 credits)

G. Concentration of Choice

Select either the General Concentration or one of the Pre-Health Science concentrations.

General Concentration

Biology electives sufficient to meet 44 credits in biology, with no more than 18 credits below the 300 level.

Pre-Health Science Concentrations

Pre-Health Science concentrations may include courses that are already required within the program.

H. Additional Requirements

All requirements of the College of Innovation and Technology (CIT) Bachelor of Science degree, including General Education requirements and UM-Flint graduation requirements
Completion of a minimum of 120 credits, including at least 33 in upper division courses (numbered 300 or above)
A cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or better in biology and at UM-Flint overall

Honors Program

All bachelor-degree-seeking students with GPAs of 3.5 or higher are eligible to apply to the University of Michigan-Flint Honors Program . Please contact the Honors Program Manager or the Honors Program Director for further information.
