Through cross-recognition of courses between the MBA and MSA programs, this dual master’s program requires between 45 and 54 credits (depending on undergraduate background), 15 fewer than if the degree were completed independently of each other. The program leads to two degrees, the Master of Business Administration and the Master of Science in Accounting.
Students applying and starting the MSA program after graduating with their MBA may be required to take one additional accounting elective in order to meet the MSA program’s graduation requirements. More information on dual degree programs at double-counting courses can be found in the catalog here .
