Evidence-based practice serves as a foundation to translate knowledge for best practice. Focus on evidence-based conceptual frameworks and models in addition to change theories. Emphasis on improving clinical outcomes, safety and quality, and health policy for the healthcare provider. Focus on use of information technology for translation of evidence into practice.
