MGT 443 - Develop Negotiations Skills.

Introduction to theory and practice of negotiation and resolution of conflict, with emphasis on theories of and preparation, motivation, processes and outcomes of negotiation. Students build competencies in negotiating through experiential learning focused on realistic business situations such as salary negotiations, performance appraisals, contract negotiations, and business proposals.
