Focuses on the collaborative medical and nursing management of adult clients suffering from conditions commonly treated in critical care units. Covers content areas found on the CCRN certification exam from a holistic nursing perspective. Emphasis on pathophysiology of conditions, diagnostic testing, collaborative medical and nursing management, and communication with the client, family, and health care team.
