NUR 499 - Independent Study in Nursing

Consent of instructor. (1-4)

Under the guidance and with the approval of a selected faculty member, student develops behavioral objectives appropriate to the topic being studied and a plan of action to achieve objectives. May be based on experience, directed reading, study or research. May not be used as a substitute for required courses, but may be used to fulfill nursing elective requirements. May be reelected to a total of 4 credits. Graded Pass/Fail
