Learn the foundations of a healthy core and spine through the study of the human body. Students can expect to improve core functional strength, flexibility, posture, and release tension throughout the body. The class also looks at the philosophy behind a range of movement practices. May be reelected to a total of 3 credits. Graded ABCDE
