Demonstrates an understanding of the influences of culture and diversity on various healing modalities, and diverse beliefs regarding health, illness, and nursing practice. Appraises environmental, educational, economic, political, legal, kinship, spiritual, ethical, social and associated factors affecting the health and well-being of culturally diverse populations. Course may be reelected for credit. Graded Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory
