Qualifying score on department placement test. (3)

Review of basic algebra, inequalities, polynomials, rational expressions, radicals and rational exponents. Students complete web-based computer modules under guidance of instructor. Not open to students who have completed MTH 111 with a grade of C (2.0) or better. Credit for MTH 090 applies to determination of grade point average and full-time or parttime status, but does not count toward a degree. Graded ABCDE
