Students must demonstrate mastery of The Essentials: Core Competencies for Professional Nursing Education. This course ensures students’ readiness for transitioning to professional nursing practice through the integration of advanced skills, complex decision-making, organizational perspectives, and leadership roles in health care. Students engage in hands-on activities in the clinical and simulation center setting to ensure the development of these competencies. May be reelected to a total of 6 credits. Graded Pass/Fail
