Application of analytical methods to solve real-life business problems, including predictive analytics, text data mining, and discrete event simulation of business processes and systems. Advanced predictive methods such as logistic regression, decision trees and random forests taught in an applied manner; software used to provide practical examples. Students learn to build discrete event simulations to improve processes and systems. Graded ABCDE
