Environmental Health and Safety: Prepares graduates for positions in public sector settings, including local and state health departments; and in private sector positions such as chemical waste management, and workplace safety

Mission Statement

The mission of the B.S. in Health Sciences is to provide a strong foundation in the health and human sciences for students intending to pursue professional graduate studies in physical therapy and other professional health science programs. The combined program components in basic science and health science will enable students to become effective and productive health professionals who value the diversity of the various communities in which they work and serve.
