The BS in Health Care Management program is designed to prepare you to work in healthcare management and administration in a variety of settings, including hospitals, physician’s offices, home health care, nursing homes, health departments, insurance companies, government agencies, clinics, and more. With our flexible online format, you can earn your degree while balancing work, family, and other commitments.

Mission Statement

The overall mission of the BS in Health Care Management program is to prepare our students to become culturally competent healthcare leaders in health administration, contribute to the knowledge base of healthcare delivery, and advocate for fairness and equity in health.

Students learn topics in healthcare management, including healthcare finance, policy and regulation, strategic planning, and quality improvement, from faculty who are experts in the field.  Opportunities are available for students to collaborate with faculty on research projects that improve the health of communities.
