Requirements

A. Public Administration

All prerequisites and requirements of the General Program in Public Administration General Program (BA) , to include:

SOC 210 - Introduction to Social Research (3)

B. Honors

All requirements of the University Honors Program, to include:

Normally taken in the junior year:
HON 393 - Independent Study and Research Methods (1-3).
One from:
HON 495 - Honors Thesis I (Off-Campus Study) (4).
PUB 495 - Honors Thesis I (4).
One from:
HON 496 - Honors Thesis II (Senior Honors Project) (4).
PUB 496 - Honors Thesis II (4).
Credit and grade for PUB 495 is not given until completion of PUB 496 .

Prospective Honors Program students are urged to consult with the Public Administration Program Director as early as possible for advice in planning their program prerequisites as well as acceptance into the Honors Program in Public Administration.

Minimum Credits for the Degree: 120 credits
