The Master of Arts in Education program consists of 33-36 credit hours. A final grade point average of at least 5.0 (B) on a 9.0 scale is required for successful completion of the Master of Arts in Education. The Master of Arts in Education is offered with concentrations in:
Up to six (6) hours of graduate credit (which includes coursework as a UM-Flint non-candidate for degree or “Lifelong Learning” student) may be accepted for transfer into Master of Arts in Education programs. Students seeking to transfer credits that are not designated as program requirements or electives should contact the program director.
