National, regional and global controls on business, voluntary or mandatory; the problematic enforcement of international laws and decisions. Attention to human rights law affecting business decision-making; corporate responsibility and ethics, such as child labor, outsourcing, farm subsidies, and NAFTA; problems with no associated international treaty; negotiating a solution; drafting or redrafting a treaty. Graded ABCDE.
