Study of strategy, planning and decision making for global logistics with an emphasis on transportation, storage and market-distribution of goods. Analysis of the effects of logistics decisions on customer service, the interface of logistics with other areas of the firm, and trade-offs between different logistics costs. Not open to students with credit for SCM 481. Graded ABCDE
