Engineering design project management using cost and schedule performance indices. Topics include productivity, six sigma, FMEA, statistical process control, continuous improvement, engineering ethics. Entrepreneurship and innovation in product development process. Students work in teams to manufacture and test products for performance evaluation, and complete written final reports and oral presentations in class. Graded ABCDE/Y
