English Honors Program (BA)

Requirements.

1. All requirements for an English concentration program, including the English Program with a Specialization in Literature , the English Program with a Specialization in Writing , the English Program with a Specialization in Linguistics , and the English Teacher’s Certificate Program .
2. All requirements of the University Honors Program , including:
   1.  HON 155 , HON 156 , HON 251 , HON 252 , HON 393 , HON 498 .
   2.  ENG 494  or HON 494  (1 credit).
   3.  ENG 495  or HON 495 , ENG 496  or HON 496 .  

Prospective Honors Program students are urged to acquaint themselves as early as possible with the requirements above, as well as with the particular procedures for acceptance into  the English Department’s Honors Program.
