As globalization continues to impact the way we do business, international studies have become vital to success in almost any field. The School of Management offers undergraduate students from across the University an important chance to expand their global knowledge, while also expanding available career opportunities after graduation. This certificate in international business development provides competencies in navigating different social, political and economic contexts across countries, and marketing and entrepreneurial skills and knowledge to develop international business opportunities.
The certificate may be earned in conjunction with a degree program or as a stand-alone credential. (Students pursuing a stand-alone credential are not eligible for federal financial aid and may not participate in Commencement.) After the student applies for graduation, the certificate is posted to the student’s official transcript and an official diploma stating the area of the certificate is issued.
