This concentration in the Elementary Education Program (BS) qualifies the teacher candidate to earn Michigan teacher certification for the Grades Three through Six grade band. As part of the requirements, candidates complete a minimum 600 hours in grades three through six field settings.

Grades of B- (2.7) or higher are required in all core courses.
