Theory and practice related to supervision and management functions in public administration; attention to private sector management practices. Traditional and innovative group leadership and motivational techniques. Relationships with superiors, subordinates, peers, clients, customers. Computer-assisted and group practice of skills which induce rather than coerce productivity, including skills of conflict resolution and negotiation. Highly clinical.
