The mission of the Master of Arts in Educational Administration program is to prepare school administrators who can provide effective leadership to promote learning by all students. Candidates are rigorously instructed in theoretical assumptions and research-based conclusions concerning administrative practices required to meet expectations for schools and schooling in light of today’s social and political realities.
