Investigation of the relationships between educational policy and reform practices prescribed by state and federal policies and programs, and their impact on school district operations and community partnerships. Examination of how education policies evolve and drive school reform; analysis of political, economic, social and philosophical processes that contribute to educational policy development, implementation, analysis, and evaluation. Students deepen their understanding of educational policy and their skills in analyzing and responding to policy challenges as educational leaders and reformers. Graded ABCDE
