Students explore a significant problem of practice in the clinical experience, finalize plans to carry out a short-cycle action research project, and use their action research findings to make data-informed recommendations for organizational change. Designed to assist students in developing a professional voice and becoming school leaders who are effective consumers of research and use inquiry to drive improvement. Graded ABCDE
